What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message. They are emailed to us so we can reply; we don't store them on this website.
- Access log: for each request, the time, your IP address, the page requested, the response status and size, and how long it took. No cookies or other request details. Deleted after 14 days.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads or trackers.
Why
To answer your message and do the work you ask about, and to keep the site secure and running (for example, stopping spam). Where EU or UK law applies, our legal bases are steps you request before a contract and our legitimate interest in security.
Who else sees it
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- netcup GmbH hosts this website on servers in Manassas, Virginia, USA.
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our inbox as long as we need them to help you or keep records of work done; ask and we'll delete them. Access logs are deleted after 14 days.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email hello@opossumware.net. We answer within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
